Pursuant to the last will and testament of Martin Shoffner, dec' d, at publick sale on Thursday the 26th of December inst. at 2 o'clock P. M. a valuable farm containing 146 acres of land, about 40 of which are woodland a proportion of meadow and the rest in good state of cultivation--the improvements are a convenient stone house, a large stone barn, &c., a number of excellent springs of water on the property; a good apple orchard and other fruit trees--the above farm is situated in Charleston township, on the road leading from the white horse Tavern to the Yellow Springs about two miles to the former place.
