MRS. MARY H. (Ritchie) WEITZEL, of MOHN'S HILL, widow of the late Riley Weitzel, died Monday of complications at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Schonour, of the Black Horse Hotel, with whom she had been residing four months. She was 68 years old. Surviving are the following children: William, of Tuckerton; Lizzie, wife of John Reber, of Mohnton; Luke, of Mohnton: Katie, wife of Elwood Warner, of Mohnton; Martha, wife of Charles Schonour, of Black Horse Hotel; Ursula, wife of George Pawling, of Mohn's Hill; George, of Mohn's Hill; Edna, wife of Earl Rudy, of Adamstown; Paul, of near Mohnton, and Jennie, wife of Lloyd Youndt, of Laureldale; one brother, Jeremiah Ritchie, of Mohn's Hill, and 26 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Reformed Church and the Gouglersville Relief Association. Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Friday at the residence of her daughter, the Black Horse Hotel, and at 2.30 p. m. in the Gouglersville Reformed Church with burial following in the adjoining cemetery under the direction of the Mellinger Funeral Home, of Denver.

A quilting party was held at the home of Mrs. George Pawling. Those present were: Mrs. Riley Weitzel, Mrs. William Hoffa, Mrs. Wellington Xachel, Mrs. Joseph Leininger, Mrs. Norman Ritchie, Mrs. George Weitzel, Mrs. Edwin Bechtel. Dinner was served by Mrs. Pawling.
